Please return the product complete, properly packaged and, if possible, including all accessories that were supplied with it.
Your refund will be processed within 14 working days after the returned goods have been delivered to our warehouse and inspected.
Please send the goods to our address. You may choose any shipping carrier according to your preference.
Do not send the goods as Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstances.

Please send the complained product complete, properly packaged and, if possible, including all accessories that were supplied with it.
The seller will process the complaint, including remedying the defect, without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date the complaint is submitted, unless a longer period has been agreed with the buyer in writing.
