The chair boasts various massage modes (kneading, tapping, knocking, acupressure, a combination of tapping and kneading, and percussion) as well as preset programs (relaxation, sleep improvement, recovery, muscle/pain relief, neck and shoulder massage, meridian or energy pathway stimulation, back pain relief, deep tissue massage). The chair also features an infrared heating pad for heated massage, which helps effectively relieve muscle tension. The temperature can be set up to 50°C.

The EPIC X10 massage chair is made from high-quality synthetic leather, which is luxurious, wear-resistant, and easy to maintain. The chair's massage system includes 98 massage airbags and 26 massage valves. Additional features of the chair include built-in speakers and a clear touchscreen control panel with a display that shows all necessary information. The control panel can be operated directly from the chair, even during the massage.
